A pilot runs over about 10 weeks. We start with a discovery workshop to define use cases and success metrics. Weeks 0–2 cover setup and baseline observation, 3–5 include weekly checkpoints and alerts, and by 6–10 we deliver evidence, optimize, and prepare for scale.

Tokens use Ultra-Wideband (UWB) to transmit their presence and location to Anchors placed around the site. These Anchors forward the data over LoRaWAN to nearby Gateways. From there, information is securely transferred to either a cloud or on-premise database via 5G, WiFi, or LTE.
This layered setup ensures reliable coverage, low latency, and continuous monitoring across even the most complex construction environments.

TokenMe’s UWB-based tracking delivers high accuracy in construction environments where GPS or Bluetooth often fail due to concrete, steel, or signal interference. Accuracy levels can be configured per use case, allowing you to optimize between precision and battery life.

One anchor typically covers a 30–50m radius, depending on site layout and obstacles. Our team helps design anchor placement to ensure full coverage across multi-floor or large-scale projects.

The network is designed with redundancy. If one anchor fails, others nearby continue coverage.

Yes. In addition to worker tokens, equipment and tool tags can be added to the same network, giving real-time visibility of both people and assets.

Both hardware and software are designed for low maintenance. Tokens have long battery life and are monitored remotely. Firmware and dashboard updates are rolled out automatically with zero downtime.
